The completion of registration or acceptance of a deposit does not prevent the Company from requesting additional verification at a later stage.
Document requirements
Documents submitted for verification must be valid, authentic, legible, and complete.
The Company may reject expired, altered, damaged, incomplete, blurry, or cropped documents that prevent verification, or deemed otherwise insufficient.
The Company may request:
- a new or higher quality copy of a document;
- an alternative identity document;
- a live photograph or a selfie;
- a liveness verification check;
- a video verification session;
- a certified or notarized copy;
- additional financial documents; or
- additional information regarding the Client's activity or transactions.
The provision of falsified, counterfeit, manipulated, or misleading documents may result in the suspension or closure of the Account and may be reported to the competent authorities when required by law.
Ongoing Monitoring
KYC is an ongoing process and does not necessarily end after the initial Account verification.
The Company may monitor the Account activity and transactions throughout the relationship with the Client. Verification information may also be periodically reviewed and updated, including when:
- the Account activity changes significantly;
- transaction patterns are unusual or inconsistent with known client information;
- significant deposit or withdrawal activity occurs;
- multiple payment methods or third-party payment methods are identified;
- the Client's identification documents have expired;
- the Client's personal information changes;
- the Account is identified for enhanced review;
- fraud, payment abuse, or suspicious activity is suspected; or
- additional checks are required for legal, regulatory, or risk management purposes.
Clients must ensure that the information recorded on their Account remains accurate and up to date.
Source of Funds and Source of Wealth
The Company may request information and supporting documents to understand the source of the funds used for gaming.
Depending on the circumstances, acceptable supporting evidence may include pay slips, bank statements, business income documents, tax documents, investment statements, business ownership information, inheritance documents, real estate sale contracts, or other evidence reasonably demonstrating the legitimate source of funds or wealth.
Requests for information related to SOF or SOW are part of the Company's risk-based compliance procedures.
Failure to provide satisfactory information or documents may result in restrictions being applied to the Account, including restrictions on deposits, gaming, or withdrawals, until the review is completed.
Politically Exposed Persons and sanctions control
The Company may subject Clients to checks against applicable sanctions lists, PEP databases, and other compliance databases.
When a Client is identified as a PEP or otherwise presents an increased compliance risk, the Company may proceed with Enhanced Due Diligence («EDD»).
EDD measures may include obtaining additional identification information, establishing the Source of Funds and the Source of Wealth, requesting management approval to continue the relationship, and implementing enhanced ongoing monitoring.
Being identified as a PEP does not automatically prevent a person from becoming or remaining a Client. The relationship will be assessed according to the Company's risk-based procedures and applicable requirements.
Payment method verification
Clients must use payment methods held in their own name.
The Company may request proof of ownership or legitimate control of a payment method.
The use of third-party payment methods may be rejected, restricted, or subject to further investigation.
When appropriate and operationally feasible, withdrawals may be processed to the payment method initially used for the deposit, subject to the applicable rules of the payment provider, technical limitations, security requirements, and compliance checks.
The Company may delay the processing of a transaction while the ownership of the payment, identity, or transaction activity is under review.
Single account policy
Each Client is allowed to hold only one Account, unless expressly authorized otherwise by the Company.
The Company may use identity information, payment data, device information, and other security indicators to detect duplicate or related Accounts.
When duplicate Accounts are identified, the Company may restrict, suspend, or close these Accounts in accordance with the General Terms and applicable requirements.
